1. Add the contents of one package of descaling powder to four cups of warm water, fully dissolve, and then pour contents into the water tank of the CB-3000.
2. Fill the rest of water tank up to the MAX line with warm water.
3. Place a cup under the brew spout. You will have to empty this cup frequently throughout this process.
4. Touch the main menu icon on your CB-3000, then touch menu, then touch descaling (reference section 7.4 of your user manual).
5. During the descaling process you may be prompted to refill the water tank. Do so if the machine shows this notification.
6. The machine will notify you when descaling is complete and it is ready to start the rinse cycle. When you see this notification, empty the contents of the water tank and thoroughly rinse with fresh water. Then fill the tank to the MAX line and reinstall in the CB-3000.
7. Press the OK icon on the screen to start the rinse cycle.

1. Add the contents of one package of milk system cleaning powder to two cups of warm water and fully dissolve.
2. Make sure the milk tube is securely connected to the CB-3000 and place the other end of the tube into the dissolved cleaning solution.
3. Make the "Milk Foam" drink. While this drink is being made, increase the setting to 90s.
4. If the drink finishes being made, but you still have cleaning solution, continue to make the Milk Foam drink until all of the solution has been run through the machine.
5. Press the menu button on the bottom left of your CB-3000, then touch Milk System Clean. This will rinse the system and remove any left over cleaning solution.

1. Touch the main menu icon on the bottom left of your CB-3000's screen, then press menu. Select Clean from the right hand side and then select Brewer Deep Clean (reference section 7.3.2 of your user manual).
2. Press the OK icon (small hand icon) and the machine will start a pre-rinse cycle.
3. After the pre-rinse cycle the machine will notify you to add the tablet that is provided in the cleaning kit. Add the tablet to the pre-ground coffee passageway (under the little lid in the bean container area). Then press the OK icon to start the deep clean cycle.
