What does the two-week trial cost?+
Just a one-time $250 install & removal fee — it covers professional delivery, plumbing, setup, and pickup. The two weeks of coffee and the machine itself are on us, with no monthly cost and no contract. If it isn't right for your office, we remove it and that's the end of it — nothing more to pay.
Am I locked into a contract?+
No long-term contract. Plans are month-to-month. You hold a monthly product minimum to keep the machine on-site, and you can pause, downgrade, or cancel with notice.
How does the «free machine» work?+
The machine stays free as long as you meet your plan's monthly product minimum — the Cafe Bueno beans, milk, and cleaning supplies we deliver. Prefer to stay below the minimum? Rent the machine on its own from $75/month instead.
Which machine will we get?+
Smaller teams usually get a CB-3000 or CB-3500; busy offices get the CB-4000, our business machine with direct-waterline plumbing so it never needs a manual refill. We match the machine to your headcount during the trial.
Who handles cleaning and repairs?+
We do — every visit includes cleaning and a health check, with descaling and deep cleans on schedule. If something breaks, we repair or swap the machine, often leaving a loaner so your team is never without coffee.
Can we get oat milk and decaf?+
Yes. Our machines froth all milk types including oat and almond, and we stock decaf plus seasonal blends. Tell us your team's preferences and we'll load the delivery accordingly.
