Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time refers to the time it takes Cafe Bueno to receive, process, package, provide tracking information (if available), and ship your purchase.  We can usually ship your item very quickly, but please allow up to 1-2 business days for processing.  Our cutoff time is 2pm Pacific Time. 

Transit time refers to the time it takes from when the selected carrier receives the package from Cafe Bueno until the package is delivered.  Transit time can vary depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout; however, are not normally slower than the times listed below. 

1. For shipments within the continental US please allow up to 5 business days.
2. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii please allow 8-15 business days. (some items cannot be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii).
   

Delayed delivery - in very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected time frame due to issues with the carrier. We appreciate your understanding and patience should this occur. Please reach out to use at info@shopcafebueno.com for all questions. 

 

SEPARATE PACKAGES

In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons: 
- Certain items may be on back order 
- Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office 
- Different boxes fit different items / packed in different boxes for protection of items sold
