Refund Policy
Returns:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused, condition and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The buyer will incur a 15% restocking fee if the item has been used.
If a returned item is found to be damaged during our receiving inspection, the customer will be held responsible, and the repair costs—assessed by Cafe Bueno—will be deducted from the refund amount.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@shopcafebueno.com. Please include your receipt, order number, and reason for return in the email. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returned items received without the RMA form included in the box will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Deadline: Once your return request is approved, you must ship the item back to us and it be delivered to us within 15 calendar days of the approval date.
Late Returns: If we do not receive the returned item within the 15-day shipping window, we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a restocking fee.
Refurbished units are clearance items and are not eligible for returns.
All food items and coffee beans are non-returnable.
Please allow up to two weeks once we receive your item to receive your refund to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled without penalty within the time of processing, disregarding preorders. Once an order has been processed and is packed for shipment, please note that it will incur a 15% restocking fee derived from the total order amount. The order amount, minus the 15% restocking fee will be issued as a refund to the original purchase method within 3-5 business days.
Damages and Defects:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If an item is delivered defective, please contact us within 3 days of package delivery. If approved, you will receive free return shipping and a refund to the original payment method.
