Our specialty coffee beans are sourced directly from our friends at Alchemy Harvest in Colombia, where tradition and precision come together to create a clean, bright, and vibrant cup.
We craft our coffee using three distinct processing methods—washed, honey, and natural—each bringing out unique flavors and characteristics. Whether it's the clean and crisp notes of washed coffee, the smooth sweetness of honey-processed beans, or the bold, fruity depth of the natural method, every cup tells a story of craftsmanship and tradition straight from Colombia.

Washed Coffee
In the washed process, coffee cherries are pulped to remove all of the outer fruit, leaving a sticky mucilage layer on the beans. They are then fermented to break down this layer before being thoroughly washed and sun-dried. This meticulous process results in a clean, bright, and crisp flavor that highlights the pure essence of the bean. It's the perfect choice for those who love a refined and vibrant cup of coffee.

Honey Process
In the honey process, coffee cherries are pulped to remove most of outer fruit, but not all. A layer of sticky mucilage is left on the beans to enhance sweetness. As they dry in the sun, the sugars from the mucilage infuse the beans with a rich, smooth flavor. This method creates a balanced cup with natural sweetness and a velvety body. It’s the perfect middle ground between the clean washed process and the bold natural process.

Natural Process
In the natural process, whole coffee cherries are sun-dried with the fruit intact, allowing the beans to absorb natural sugars and flavors. Over weeks, the cherries ferment, developing a rich, fruity, and complex profile. Once dried, the outer layers are removed, revealing beans bursting with bold, wine-like sweetness. This method creates a vibrant, adventurous cup for those who love deep, full-bodied flavors.
