Warranty
This warranty applies to all FULLY AUTOMATIC COFFEE MAKERS with Cafe Bueno brand names. Cafe Bueno warrants each product to be free from defects in material and workmanship. From the purchase date, our obligation under this warranty is to provide one (1) year free parts and labor on the entire unit or until 1,000 cups of coffee have been made, whichever comes first. All products in need of repair are to be shipped to an authorized Cafe Bueno service center at the owner’s expense, and Cafe Bueno will then incur the return shipping costs. For added protection and secure handling of any of our products that is being sent, we recommend you use a trackable insured delivery method. Cafe Bueno cannot be held responsible for in-transit damage or for packages that are not delivered to us. Lost and/or damaged products are not covered under warranty. If an item is returned for warranty repair and is found to have damage during our inspection, the customer will be responsible for the repair costs. These costs, as determined by Cafe Bueno, must be paid in full before the repaired item is shipped back to the customer. This warranty shall apply only if the product is used in accordance with the factory directions that accompany it, and on an Alternating Current (AC) circuit. Additionally, to maintain the validity of your warranty, it is required that you descale and perform a deep clean on your brewer at least once a month using only the approved Cafe Bueno descaler and cleaning tablets. Failure to do so will void the warranty. Proof of regular maintenance, including receipts for the approved Cafe Bueno descaler and cleaning tablets, may be required to make a warranty claim. The warranty shall also be void if the customer resets the machine and clears the number of drinks that have been made. The warranty shall also be void if the machine appears to have been disassembled, tampered with, or if any part of the machine that is not designed to be removed during normal operation has been detached or altered in any way. If a product is returned for warranty service and it is determined that the warranty is void under these terms, the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with the return shipping if they choose to have the product sent back without repair. In such cases, Cafe Bueno is under no obligation to offer repair services, even for a fee, and may decline to perform any repairs on the returned product. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties and representations, expressed or implied, and all other obligations or liabilities on our part. We do not authorize any other person or company to assume for us any liability in connection with the sale or use of our product. Within the warranty period, Cafe Bueno may, at its sole discretion, either repair the product with new or remanufactured parts, or replace the product entirely, either with a new or a certified remanufactured product at no additional charge to consumer. Cafe Bueno may replace defective parts with any serviceable remanufactured parts that meet the performance specifications of new parts for any applicable product. This warranty is valid only when the product is used in a residential setting. Use of any Cafe Bueno product designated for "home use"—including, but not limited to, models CB-2000, CB-3000, or any other future models labeled for home use—in a commercial, office, shared workspace, hospitality, or other business environment will void the warranty in its entirety. This warranty shall not apply to any product that has been repaired or altered outside our factory nor shall it apply to any product that has been subjected to misuse, negligence or accidents. This warranty covers only products purchased through Cafe Bueno or one of Cafe Bueno’s authorized resellers or distributors. This warranty does not cover any products purchased through an auction, a private seller (such as E-Bay, etc.) or a non-authorized online reseller. This warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages. (Please note, however, that some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.) This warranty is only valid for products purchased, located and used in North America jurisdiction* and shall not extend to any product not purchased in North America.

The above warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties and representations. All implied warranties are limited to the applicable warranty period set forth above. This limitation does not apply if you enter into an extended warranty with Cafe Bueno. No other warranties, express or implied, are made by Cafe Bueno or are authorized to be made on behalf of Cafe Bueno by any retailer, agent, distributor or other party with respect to any product to any consumer or other party. Cafe Bueno does not authorize any other person or company to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale or use of its appliance.
How does country law apply? This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state/country to country. Some states/countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. - North America jurisdiction shall mean either: (i) the 50 United States and the District of Columbia only, not including any other U.S. territories, commonwealths, possessions or protectorates or (ii) a province or territory of Canada.
