Great customer service.

I had questions and an issue with my machine. My emails were answered very quickly and some at 11pm only minutes after I sent the email. That’s customer service. I’m very happy with my purchases and looking forward to being part of the Cafe Bueno community.

Great Customer Service

Fantastic machine. I don't know why anyone would pay full price when a company offers refurbs for so much cheaper. Plus, Cafe Bueno even offers a 1 year warranty on their refurb units. The way I see it, I have nothing to loose.

A little bigger than expected

I like the coffee quality, but the machine's size is a bit of a drawback. It takes up quite a bit of counter space.

The coffee is great, but I wish I could connect to the machine via wifi. Honestly if that is my only complaint then this is an awesome machine! I'll give it 5 stars when they get wifi working.
