Tasting Notes
Crafted for those who seek distinction in the cup, this Pink Bourbon from Sergio Londoño is grown at 1800 MASL on Finca El Rubí in Santuario, Risaralda, Colombia. Using a carefully executed honey process, this coffee showcases both precision and character.
The aroma offers gentle notes of mild fruits and white chocolate. On the palate, expect a balanced profile of rose, ripe berries, and subtle spice, supported by medium acidity and a smooth, medium body.
The finish is clean and aromatic, with lingering fruity and floral notes. Scoring an impressive 86, this small-lot Pink Bourbon highlights the elegance and depth of Colombia’s high-elevation microlots.

Specialty Coffee
Our washed coffee beans are sourced directly from our friends at Alchemy Harvest in Colombia, where tradition and precision come together to create a clean, bright, and vibrant cup.

Honey
There are three distinct processes: washed, natural, and honey.
In the honey process, coffee cherries are pulped to remove most of outer fruit, but not all. A layer of sticky mucilage is left on the beans to enhance sweetness. As they dry in the sun, the sugars from the mucilage infuse the beans with a rich, smooth flavor. This method creates a balanced cup with natural sweetness and a velvety body. It’s the perfect middle ground between the clean washed process and the bold natural process.
